Parsley and Pineapple Smoothie

This combo is a favourite around here!
1/2 a Pineapple img_0612
2 Bananas
1/2C fresh Parsley
2C of water or chilled herbal tea.(you can use more or less if desired.

Combine all the ingredients in your vitamix(I got mine here) and blend till smooth.
Makes 2 large portions.

img_0608Parsley is a cleansing and detoxifying herb. It is great for purifying the blood system. It has more iron than spinach and is a excellent source of VitK. This herb accompanied with other living foods is great to keep the body in a healthy and alkaline state.
