These little lovelies are Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, Vegan, Raw and sure to please!
Serves 4, 10 min prep, sets overnight in fridge.
Chia seeds: 1/2 cup
Hemp heart: 1/3 cup
Old fashion rolled oats: 2cups
Raspberries: 1 cup
*berries can be fresh or defrosted*
In a high speed blender combine water, hemp hearts, dates and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. This is your hemp mylk.
Place the Chia seeds in one container and put the old-fashioned oats in a separate container.
Put 2 cups of hemp mylk in each of the containers with the Chia seeds and Oates. Stir very well before Covering the containers and let them sit overnight in the fridge.
A few fun substitutes:
Use chopped apples and raisins in place of berries.
Add 1/3cup raw cacao powder to mylk.
Try raw local honey in place of dates.
