My kids and I Love these fun and delicious fruit snacks. They are a great alternative to commercially made fruit snacks and are packed full of raw healthy goodness!
- 2 very ripe bananas (lots of brown spots)
- 1 fresh mango chopped
- 1 orange
- 1/2tsp Camu Camu berry powder (optional)
- 1 tsp acia berry powder (optional)
- 1/2tsp raw olive oil
- 1/4cup spring water (optional)
Blend in a high speed blender untill smooth.
Pour onto dehydrator nonstick sheets.
This recipe fills 3 of my 4 sheets on my Excalibur dehydrator. Dehydrate overnight, at 105f and flip in the morning, dehydrate for another couple hours or until dry but not crispy.
Cut and roll if desired.
*why the olive oil? The oil not only makes these bendy but it also helps to uptake the nutrients in the fruit*
