Super-Fruit Rolls

My kids and I Love these fun and delicious fruit snacks.  They are a great alternative to commercially made fruit snacks and are packed full of raw healthy goodness!
  • 2 very ripe bananarollss (lots of brown spots)
  • 1 fresh mango chopped
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2tsp Camu Camu berry powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp acia berry powder (optional)
  • 1/2tsp raw olive oil
  • 1/4cup spring water (optional)
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Blend in a high speed blender untill smooth.
Pour onto dehydrator nonstick sheets.
This recipe fills 3 of my 4 sheets on my Excalibur dehydrator.  Dehydrate overnight, at 105f and flip in the morning, dehydrate for another couple hours or until dry but not crispy.
Cut and roll if desired.
Tip- I use a pizza cutter to get nice edges. one roll
*why the olive oil? The oil not only makes these bendy but it also helps to uptake the nutrients in the fruit*
*CamuCamu is an extremely good source of vit C, containing 750% of daily required dose in just a 1/4 tsp) *
*acia berry is a great source of antioxidants*
