Your Gut health is the key to total health!
Most of us, to some level or another, have gut problems. What most of us do not realize is
that other (un-seemingly connected) health conditions are actually symptoms of poor gut health!
Some Symptoms include:
Poor digestion or absorption of nutrients
Skin conditions like acne, eczema ect..
ADD and ADHD
Lack of healthy flora and a “leaky gut” poor lining of gut is what is leading to these conditions.
Most common aggravators
•Consumption of GMO’s and processed foods
•Use of Antibiotics
•Exposure to environmental toxins
•over-the-counter drugs and prescription drugs
Obviously theses are not all avoidable and in some cases required. So it’s
important to counteract any exposures.
There are many things we can do to improve the “happiness” of our bellies!
To establish and maintain healthy flora take: a Multi-strain probiotic
daily, eat fermented foods like sauerkraut, organic plain yogurt,
Kefir and kombucha. You also should seal your gut with Bone broth made
with bones from pasture raised animals and organic vegetables.
These broths are so flavorful and make an excellent base to any soup!
When possible avoid GMO’s, processed food, wheat and any foods you are sensitive to.
