Yummy breakfast muffins

In-case you didn’t catch all the codes these muffins are Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free and Nut-Free 🙂

My Kids love these simple and healthy muffins!  We do not do a lot of cooked food in this house but when we do its always gluten-free and organic.  Knowing my kids are getting in lots of healthy fats and lots of protein with these scrumptious muffins I am as happy to serve them as my kids are to eat them 🙂

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup honey muffins
  • 1/4 melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 milk of your choice
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbs vanilla
  • 1/2 tbs baking powder
  • Add 1/4 cop chopped nuts for fresh berries if desired

Makes 12 muffins, Bake at 400 for 20 mins
Enjoy with coconut oil or butter and fresh fruit
