This is my easy creamy cashew dip!
Cashews are a good source of healthy fats and protein. Cashews are also a good source or Magnesium, iron and B-6.
This is a yummy and mild dip that is nice for dipping veggies or as a sauce for wraps. I make it fairly mild so the kids enjoy it too. If you are making it for only you, and you like some zest feel free to add more of the spices and garlic 😛
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup filtered or spring water
1 large clove garlic
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon raw olive oil (I like “Sunfoods”) Quality oil is important
1/2 Sea salt or mountain salt
pinch of fresh ground black peper
Blend in a high speed blender till very smooth.
Store in fridge is desired
