Raw Chocolate Pudding

Raw Chocolate Puddingchocolate pudding

  • 3/4 cup soft pitted dates
  • 2 ripe Avocado’s
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder (I use Giddy YoYo’s)
  • 1 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  If you want it sweeter or a thicker/runnier consistency don’t be afraid to play with quantities.  Its a hard recipe to go wrong with 🙂

Serve with fresh fruit and top with your favorite superfoods.

In the above picture I served with orange and pear slices and topped with Giddy Yoyo’s goji berries and bee pollen.

Tips

-Use a high speed blender! I made this pudding for years in a food processor and it never fully married all the flavors the way the blender does.

-if your dates are hard soak them for a half hour before making the recipe.
